What Paresium Clara is

In plain words

Paresium Clara is a careful helper that sits between your customers and AI. It reads each message, checks that answering is safe, writes a good answer, and keeps a permanent record of what it did and why. If something looks risky, it stops and tells a person.

This page is for everyone. No technical background needed.

Paresium and Paresium Clara

Paresium is the platform. Paresium Clara is the model you use on it, the one this whole site documents. Everything below is Paresium Clara; more models will join the platform later. After this page we usually just say "Clara."

The trip every message takes

When a customer writes to you, their message goes on a short trip through Clara. Watch it happen:

Five things happen on that trip:

  1. The message arrives. Clara receives it from your website, your help desk, or your own software.
  2. Safety checks run. Clara looks for risk: legal threats, promises you should not make, private data that should not be repeated.
  3. Clara works out what is really being asked. Not just the words, but the intent behind them.
  4. A checked answer is written. The answer is reviewed by independent checkers before it goes out. If they say no, the answer is stopped.
  5. A record is saved. Every trip ends with a permanent record: what came in, what checks ran, what went out. You can look it up any time. Nobody can edit it afterwards, not even us.

Why the record matters

Most AI tools give you an answer and nothing else. Clara gives you the answer and the proof: a record you can show an auditor, a regulator, or an unhappy customer. The record says what was asked, what rules were checked, and why Clara answered the way it did. Read more in The Record.
