What Clara's decision includes

Clara does not guess in silence. Every answer carries the decision, the rules that bound it, and a note when a safety check could not run. If Evidence (the lookup that checks your knowledge sources) is unavailable, she still answers when she can, and she tells you she answered without that check.

This page is for everyone.

What you get back​

When Clara finishes a governed check, the Record includes:

  1. The decision: answer, ask a clarifying question, escalate to a human, or block.
  2. The binding rules: which house rules or baseline protections caused it.
  3. What the advisors found: short coded findings, not a wall of prose.
  4. Unavailable checks: if a check or advisor could not run, that is listed as degradation, never hidden.

You should never need a second AI pass to learn why Clara blocked or asked.
