Getting access

In plain words

Clara is in a private beta. You cannot sign yourself up. We create your account for you, either by emailing you an invitation or by handing you ready-made sign-in details. Either way, you sign in with an email and a password. There are no verification codes and no authenticator apps.

This page is for business owners and team leads.

Why you cannot just sign up​

During the beta we keep the door closed so that only invited teams use the system. This protects beta credits and keeps the test environment clean. If you would like access, contact Paresium and we set you up. It takes minutes.

Way 1: you get an email from us​

We send an invitation to your email address. You click the link, choose your own password, and set up your organisation. It feels like a normal sign-up, because for you it is one.

What you will be asked during setup:

  1. A password. Your choice. Clicking the emailed link already proved the address is yours, so there is no code to type.
  2. Your organisation's name. This is the workspace your team and assistants live in.
  3. Your country. This sets which rules Clara applies by default. You can change it per assistant later.

Way 2: we set everything up for you​

For demos and fast starts, we create the whole thing: your account, your organisation, your starting credits. You receive sign-in details from us and go straight to a working dashboard.

With this route there is nothing to configure on day one. Your email address is already confirmed on our side, so your first sign-in is just email plus password.

Signing in, day to day​

  • Go to clara.paresium.com and use your email and password.
  • There are no emailed codes and no authenticator apps during the beta.
  • Forgot the password? Contact us and we reset it.

Adding teammates​

Ask us, or use the Team page in your portal once your organisation exists. Each teammate gets their own sign-in. Do not share one login between people, because the record tracks who did what.
